I received my degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho. I successfully completed four internships at HP, HP Labs, Google X and NVIDIA. And I launched my career by working for mission-driven startups. I decided to start helping more women and students while developing my own skills and mindset.

If you are actively using your resume and LinkedIn profile you should be checking in regularly to make sure it reflects the version of yourself that is hired and in a new job. Set a concrete date for yourself to be hired in a great position. When I did that for myself it compelled me to seek out resume advice early.
