There is a reason why applications have not been working for you (and it has nothing to do with being entry level)
5 years ago I was a college student without any internship experience in Engineering. But I was building relationships with senior leadership at the college though research and volunteerism. Since I was at a non-target school in the middle of Idaho I set my sights for a summer research position. But then I discovered the key to getting a high-paid job in tech.
I received my degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho. I successfully completed four internships at HP, HP Labs, Google X and NVIDIA. And I launched my career by working for mission-driven startups. I decided to start helping more women and students while developing my own skills and mindset.
